What It Is

A fixed-dose combination containing per mL:

Paracetamol 125 mg (pain & fever relief)

Phenylephrine 2.5 mg (nasal decongestant)

Chlorpheniramine 1 mg (antihistamine)

Indications

Used for symptom relief in:

Common cold, flu, allergic rhinitis: addresses runny/stuffy nose, sneezing, watery eyes, fever, headache, body aches

How It Works

Paracetamol – reduces pain and fever

Phenylephrine – constricts nasal blood vessels to improve airflow

Chlorpheniramine – blocks histamine to ease sneezing, itching, and watery eyes
