🧾 Summary

KEP LS Syrup is effective for productive coughs with bronchospasm or chest congestion. Its combined action loosens mucus, eases expectoration, and relaxes bronchi. However, it carries some side effects and potential interactions—especially in heart, thyroid, diabetic, or elderly patients. Not advised for pregnant women or children under 6 (drops for 4–11 yrs). Use under medical supervision, with proper dosage and timing with food.
