Composition (per 15 ml):

Liquid Paraffin – 3.75 ml
(Lubricates the bowel and softens stools)

Milk of Magnesia (Magnesium Hydroxide) – 11.25 ml
(Draws water into the intestine for easier stool passage)

Uses:

Relief from constipation

Prevents straining during bowel movements

Often used post-surgery or during pregnancy (under medical advice)

Dosage:

Adults: 15–30 ml at bedtime

Children (5–12 yrs): 5–10 ml at bedtime

Children (below 5 yrs): Only as prescribed

Best taken at night. Follow with a full glass of water.
