Kufril LS Drops (15 mL), commonly prescribed for children’s wet coughs

 What it is

A combination oral drop containing Ambroxol (7.5 mg/mL), Levosalbutamol (0.25 mg/mL), and Guaifenesin (12.5 mg/mL). It acts as a mucolytic (loosens mucus), expectorant (helps expel it), and bronchodilator (opens airways), making breathing easier

Uses

Mainly indicated for:

Productive (wet) coughs with mucus

Asthma-related coughing or congestion

Acute sore throat relief
Suitable for infants and toddlers (6 months to ~6 years), dosage based on weight/age and physician's advice
