Generic Composition:

Dicyclomine Hydrochloride (antispasmodic)

Paracetamol (analgesic & antipyretic)

Uses:

Infantile colic

Abdominal cramps

Gastrointestinal spasms

Relief from mild to moderate pain

Fever (due to Paracetamol)

Dosage (as prescribed by doctor):

Infants: Usually based on weight (commonly 10–15 drops, 2–3 times a day)

Administer only under medical supervision

Side Effects:

Drowsiness or dizziness

Dry mouth

Mild constipation

Rare: allergic reactions

Precautions:

Not recommended for newborns under 6 months unless prescribed
